(C) Amanda and Bryan Photography 360-910-7486 Sydney senior session in Beaverton was so much fun! We really got to know her and just love how she really knows who she is and what her passions are. Sydney is really athletic and has some great goals for her future! I usually like to sum up our sessions here on the blog and talk about our experience with our clients but this time I'll let Sydney tell you in her own words because I couldn't do a better job of it than she has already.
"Writing is probably my least favorite subject because it takes a lot of focus/attention and a certain kind of ‘mental effort’ that I rarely obtain. My favorite subject would have to be P.E.. I think I really just like moving around or something because if it were up to me, all my classes would be in phys ed. It’s also why I’m really into sports. I’m always playing basketball at any chance I get. It’s my favorite sport to play, however, (American) football is my favorite to watch.
Something in my schedule that I’m enjoying right now is Japanese. Even though it also takes a lot of focus and effort too, it feels more like the effort you put into a puzzle or connect the dots, which is why I don’t mind it much. But I do want to get close to fluency. I don’t know if I’d 100% move there but someday I want to visit Japan for a while. Mostly to visit congregations and help in the preaching work. But right now I’m starting small with learning the language. I guess that my current project is simply trying to reach that goal. I could say that’s what I want to be known for, (that, or my awesome basketball skills) but I want to be known for my passionate spirit.
My interests and hobbies are a part of my life, however it’s my attitude and enthusiasm toward those things that define me as a person and is the driving force behind everything I say and do. It is my passion that lead me to my greatest accomplishment (so far) of dedicating myself to Jehovah.
Anyway, I’ll get back on track here haha: Music is also a huge passion of mine. Not only do I love listening to it but I love playing instruments like the drums and guitar. So I don’t necessarily have a favorite genre, it’s just whatever my ears like the sound of. "
Enjoy these favorites of ours from Sydneys senior session!
