They waited three years for this! Believe it or not we're still witnessing COVID affected couples finally see their wedding day dreams come true!
For Tracy and Kera their plans for a Summer 2020 wedding had to change abruptly just like so many others did that year.
These two have a love at first sight story which started at the Portland Airport. Once they met they were definitely hooked! Figuring our where and how they were going to make a future together during a whirlwind romance was a challenge. Due to Kera's family circumstances Tracy decided that he would move to Oregon. He quickly found a job and planned to move into an RV for a few months and settle into the area while preparing for their Summer wedding.
As Tracy was driving across the country, about 1000 miles from home, he got a call from his new employer - due to COVID they had a hiring freeze. Being so far from home with all his belongings in a truck and trailer, and no job to go back to Tracy decided there was nothing he could do but keep driving to Portland. Due to the new situation they decided to elope at the courthouse and got married in April 2020. Because they were not able to have the wedding they had planned on with their loved ones present, Kera and Tracy decided to postpone the celebration until this year. What better way to celebrate 3 years of marriage!
Family and friends came all the way to Oregon for the reception. The whole day was celebrated in true wedding fashion complete with separate getting ready rooms, a first look, first dance, cake cutting, formal family portraits and Bride and groom portraits at the beautiful Jenkins Estate in Beaverton Oregon. It was a beautiful day!
