Meet Mario, Haley and 2 year old Cruz (yup, the handsome little guy in a bow tie!).  They are getting ready for the arrival of a new baby!  

We were patient enough to wait for a "dry" day here in Washington at the end of February and are so glad we did!

I just love it when i get to take maternity pictures, they always end up being some of my favorite sessions, and I'm not sure that it has everything to do with the locations, the outfits, or the great poeple I get to meet.  Maybe it's knowing that whats about to happen in the lives of the families I am photographing is life changing and exciting,  that a little tiny human is being created inside that tummy, maybe it's knowing that these pictures will be so special to them because they will mark the end of one season in their lives and the beggining of another. Whatever it is, it just makes me fall in love with these sessions!
